Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of services provided by VOIPx3 (“VOIPx3,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to voice services, SMS/text messaging, AI-powered communications, and related systems (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose

This AUP is designed to ensure the integrity, security, reliability, and lawful use of VOIPx3 services.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or interferes with others’ use of the Services.

2.1 Illegal Use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • In violation of any applicable law or regulation 
  • To engage in fraud, identity theft, or deceptive practices 
  • To impersonate any person or entity

2.2 Telecommunications & Messaging Violations

You may not use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited SMS/text messages without proper consent (TCPA violations) 
  • Violate Do Not Call (DNC) regulations 
  • Use misleading caller ID information (spoofing) 
  • Conduct robocalling without required consent 
  • Send bulk messaging that violates carrier or CTIA guidelines

2.3 Call Recording & AI Misuse

You may not:

  • Record calls without proper consent where required by law 
  • Fail to disclose AI or automated voice interactions where required 
  • Use AI to mislead, deceive, or impersonate individuals without authorization

2.4 Network Abuse & Security Violations

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks 
  • Interfere with or disrupt services or infrastructure 
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code 
  • Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks

2.5 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

You may not:

  • Send spam or bulk communications without consent 
  • Use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists 
  • Ignore opt-out requests (e.g., STOP for SMS)

2.6 Harmful or Abusive Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others 
  • Transmit defamatory, obscene, or offensive content 
  • Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activity

2.7 System Misuse

You may not:

  • Circumvent technical limitations or security measures 
  • Use the Services beyond subscribed capacity 
  • Resell or redistribute Services without authorization

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activity conducted through your account 
  • Ensuring your employees, agents, and users comply with this AUP 
  • Obtaining all required consents for communications (voice, SMS, AI) 
  • Maintaining records of consent where required 

4. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) 
  • Do Not Call (DNC) regulations 
  • CAN-SPAM Act (where applicable) 
  • Call recording and wiretapping laws 
  • GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

VOIPx3 reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage for compliance with this AUP 
  • Investigate suspected violations 
  • Remove or block content or communications 
  • Suspend or terminate Services without notice for violations 

We may also report unlawful activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

6. Third-Party Services

Some Services rely on third-party providers (carriers, messaging platforms, AI systems). You must comply with all applicable third-party policies and requirements.

7. Violations & Remedies

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of Services 
  • Additional fees or penalties 
  • Legal action where applicable 

You are responsible for any damages resulting from violations of this AUP.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
